Registration

Authors of accepted papers must register  HERE   and pay a registration fee  before July 1, 2024 . The Conference Organizers reserves the right to not include a paper to proceedings, if the Conference fee is not paid in advance.       

*One Regular/IEEE/Reviewer/Student registration fee covers:

• Publishing one paper, not exceeding 4 pages in length (including all figures, tables, and references), in the TSP 2024 Conference proceedings.
• Possibility to virtually present one paper in the Conference, based on the proposal of the Technical Program Committee.
• Submission of the Conference proceedings for indexing to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, WoS Thomson Reuters, SCOPUS, DBLP, and Google Scholar databases (Only papers personally presented during the Conference!).

**In combination with a Regular/IEEE/Reviewer/Student registration fee it allows publishing additional paper(s) in the TSP 2024 Conference proceedings and present this/these paper(s) on the Conference. The Additional paper(s) fee is also available if the First Author is not the same in all accepted papers.

Notice: 

TSP 2024 Organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., non-indexing in IEEE Xplore® and other databases) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Remarks:

1. Please confirm your IEEE Membership by filling and submitting the form available HERE or by mailing to tsp@asszisztencia.hu  the scan of your valid 2024 IEEE Membership card.
2. Reduced conference fee is offered to acknowledged specialists who participated in the review process of the TSP 2024 papers and supported the TSP community with evaluation of 2 or more manuscripts.
3. Please confirm your full-time student status for 2024 by providing us a copy of your valid student card or signed letter of confirmation from your university by mailing to   tsp@asszisztencia.hu    .
